Историческая ситуация, которая сложилась в географическом пространстве творения в области дизайна, была очень благоприятной. Были максимально использованы творческие ресурсы в разнообразных спектрах дизайна – конструктивно-объемного дизайна в мебели, графического дизайна фирменных знаков и фирменных стилей, а также разработка дизайна книг, альбомов и календарей.

В понятии дизайна существует раздел графического дизайна. Широкий спектр в дизайн-творчестве помог реализоваться во многих проектах по созданию многих качественно разных, но интересных проектов. Проекты, представленные в этом блоке были созданы совместно с дизайнером-верстальщиком Дмитрием Демиденко.
Игорь Исаев сотрудничает с Янтарно-краснодеревной мануфактурой в качестве ведущего художника - дизайнера мебели и предметов интерьера. Отработаны новационные технологии и найдены новые художественные языки. Участвуя во всероссийских и международных выставках, работа была отмечена специалистами в данной области своей уникальностью, харизматичностью и экстравагантностью.
For more than 11 years, Igor Isaev has been the leading designer of the Manufactory (Emelyanov Amber-redwood manufactory, Kaliningrad). Been the Member of the International Biennale of Stationary Graphics Kaliningrad-Koenigsberg committee Artist's solo exhibitions were held in Sweden, Germany, Poland, Lithuania. Isaev was a participant of group exhibitions in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Collections of furniture, interior items and amber panels are in private interiors in the USA, UAE, Tatarstan, Switzerland, Italy, Russia, Germany and others. Cooperating with the Kaliningrad branch of the Art Fund of the RSFSR for almost 33 years, he has significant practical experience in technical aesthetics in automotive engineering, design and production of unique furniture and accessories inlaid with natural Baltic amber. The Institute of World Literature of the Russian Academy of Sciences included Igor Isaev in the register of outstanding illustrators, whose work is reflected in the academic fundamental history of Russian culture of the 20th century. Winner of the Dom Lucas International Scholarship (Germany). The artist's works are in the collections of the Kaliningrad Art Gallery, the Gallery of the Guild of Artists (Ellingen, Germany), as well as in many private collections.
